Global nutrition company Herbalife released the findings of a survey on eating a balanced nutrition in Asia-Pacific, which focuses on healthy eating habits and nutrition attitudes and behaviors of the recipients who are aged 18 and up.

A survey of 6,000 people, an ingredient of Wellness Tour event in Herbalife's 7th Asia-Pacific region to promote the habit of eating balanced nutrition and the impact on long-term health and well-being.
According to the survey, 71% of recipients are eating fewer fruits and vegetables than the recommended quantity, while more than half central water intake and exercise are not enough.


Among the respondents, 81% agree that eating a balanced nutrition can help a healthy long-term strong and they showed great challenges 3 to obstruct the balanced nutritional intake is 46% due to lack of time, 41% comes from the lack of incentives and 40% to the lack of funding.

Expert Team Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board will share topics from health problems such as obesity, weight management science, sports training nutritional and metabolic balance.
Dr. Rocio Medina, MD, vice president of training, nutrition throughout the world, Herbalife will talk about nutrition, lifestyle topics comfortable with and share some tips about good nutritional eating habits that can help active and lives comfortable.

The surveys conducted in February 2017, with 6,000 respondents aged 18 years in 12 countries In the Asia-Pacific region: Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia.
