Eating an egg a day can help reduce the risk of stroke, brain up to 12 percent. This according to the scientists. A study led by American scientists showed that eating eggs every day does not pose a risk heart disease.



The researchers reached their conclusions by a review of studies published over the 33 years between 1982 and 2015, which involves more than 275 000 participants. They assessed the relationship between egg consumption and cardiovascular diseases, including stroke, brain blood vessels.

Dr Dominik Alexander EpidStat Institute Institute in the United States, who led the research, said research is needed to explore the relationship between egg intake and risk of stroke brain.
Dr Dominik said, adding that eggs contain many positive nutrition, including antioxidants, which can reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.It is also a source of protein a perfect which has been linked to lower blood pressure as well.

The large egg contains high-quality protein and antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin in eggs, red as well as vitamin E, D & A. At the same time, vitamin E has been found to reduce the risk of future heart attacks for people who born with heart disease as antioxidants and lutein may help protect against cardiovascular arteries.
